Improving instruments for regulating the activities of the "Project finance factory" in Russia: directions and prospects

The article discusses issues related to the development of the activities of the “Project Finance Factory”, identifies the reasons and conditions that influenced the search for new forms and instruments of project financing in the Russian Federation; the authors present a systematic approach to the study and analysis of changes in the field of project financing using the example of the “Project Finance Factory” Program (hereinafter referred to as the Program): in the temporal aspect, the main directions of changes are grouped and analyzed from the point of view of their impact on the activation and expansion of opportunities for participants in the investment process; analyzed the conditions and criteria for providing a syndicated loan as the basis of the financing mechanism under the Program under consideration; the innovations introduced into the Program were analyzed from the perspective of their impact on the development of the Program’s capabilities; conclusions were drawn about the viability and prospects of the further work of the Program, the main directions for improving the activities of the “Project Finance Factory” were noted.
