Improvement of tools to create integrated structures in the field of knowledge-intensive production

The article considers the algorithm of creation of integrated structures in the field of knowledgeintensive production. The purpose of the research is the development of tools to create these integrated structures. The methods proposed covers the following steps: the definition of goals and objectives of enterprise integration; the choice of the integration form and its membership; the determination of the criteria and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the integrated structure; setting target values of economic efficiency indicators; the formation of property relations; the creation of the integrated structure; the assessment of the economic efficiency of its creation. The work defines the main provisions of the concept and the stages of creating an integrated structure that will allow streamlining this process in the field of knowledge-intensive production, regardless of industry affiliation and the specifics of economic activities of participating enterprises.
