Improvement of the energy economy of the enterprise

The main task of the energy economy is reliable and uninterrupted supply of the enterprise with all types of energy of the established parameters at minimal cost. The volume and structure of energy resources consumed depend on the capacity of the enterprise, the type of products, the nature of technological processes, as well as connections with district power systems. The main goal of the energy management system is reliable and uninterrupted supply of the enterprise with all types of energy in compliance with the established parameters. The criterion for achieving this goal is to minimize the costs of purchasing and consuming energy resources. The energy economy is evaluated by a system of technical and economic indicators, which should comprehensively cover the energy sector of the enterprise both in terms of the efficiency of energy production and consumption, and in relation to various kinds of structural ratios characterizing the energy balance of the enterprise. The article discusses the problems of the energy economy of the enterprise and suggestions for improving its work; a set of measures is presented to maintain and increase the service life of electrical equipment, reduce the cost of repair and replacement of primary electrical equipment and power cables; the introduction of automated control systems for various heat supply facilities, allowing the most efficient and economical way to manage the process of heat supply of the enterprise; the development of an automated enterprise management system.
