Perfection of a cadastral valuation of the earths of the industry and other appointment (on an example of the Omsk region)

The cadastral valuation of the land resources of Russia is the function generator of land relations in the improvement of land market. Periods, scales, systematic guarantee of cadastral works have an essential effect on the quality of the cadastral valuation of land resources. In the article based on example in Omsk region the most significant problems of organizational and procedural, information, software of cadastral works are discussed and the directions of their solution are proposed.
