Improving the personnel work of Kaluga customs

This article examines the personnel work of the Kaluga customs, the main directions of its activities. Also, the actual data of the work of the Department of Public Service and Personnel of the Kaluga Customs were analyzed, in accordance with them, certain conclusions were made about ways to improve the personnel work of the Kaluga Customs. Examples of various methods for evaluating the activities of civil servants are given, which also contributes to the development and improvement of the personnel work of the Kaluga Customs. Several tasks under development are considered, which are an integral element of the organizational work of the Kaluga Customs.
