Improvement of the staff management in the state ecological supervision inspection in the subjects of the Russian Federation

The article examines the specifics of the work of the State Ecological Supervision Inspection of Kamchatka Krai. Weaknesses of the work of the Inspection are presented. Possible ways to improve the staff management in the State Ecological Supervision Inspection of Kamchatka Krai are analyzed. A survey on the residents’ satisfaction with the work of the State Ecological Supervision Inspection and their wish to contribute to the work of the Inspection as part of the Institute of public inspectors is conducted.
