Improving the design of the flow part of the submerged outlet with hydrodynamic stabilization of water consumption

The article shows the possibility of automatic control of bandwidth penstock through the creation of additional hydraulic resistance. A fairly simple in design and technological performance construction is necessary for designs with improved flow part. The authors give the range and accuracy of stabilization of water supply.
