In this article, state land supervision and municipal supervision, in particular, are examined. On the territory of our country, many violations of land legislation are revealed every year, in connection with which the legislative body of the Russian Federation constantly improves the legislative base of land supervision. The article considers innovations in the sphere of state land supervision (control).
