Improving corporate project management in construction organizations

The authors consider the possibility of improving and implementing corporate management structures in construction enterprises. A modern construction company, which carries out its project management activities in a constantly changing external environment, has a constant need to improve project management methods and tools. Modernization of management systems can be called a priority direction of project management in companies wishing to be competitive in the construction sector. The purpose of the study: to identify opportunities for improving and modernizing corporate project management systems. Research methods: the study of various sources of information, the analysis of the information received. The main results of this study are the conclusion that the corporate project management system is an information technology complex of methodological, technical, software and information tools aimed at supporting and improving the efficiency of project management processes, which is based on calendar planning software.
