Improving the criminalistic classification of crimes against the family and minors

The article substantiates the theoretical and practical significance of the classification of crimes. The existing forensic classifications of crimes against family and minors are analyzed, based on which the author comes to the conclusion about the need for their further improvement along the path of comprehensive (block) systematization. The author proposes a classification of crimes against family and minors, based on the identity of the victim (victim) of the crime, the presence or absence of family ties between the offender and the victim, as well as the identification of the family as an independent object of criminal legal protection.
