Improvement of production logistics for the production of flange seals on the example of kit service LLC

In this article, the technological features of the production system of LLC “Kitservice” are considered and analyzed, as well as the KPIs of the activity of the production system of LLC “Kit Service” are studied. A correlation and regression model has been developed, and a number of actions have been formulated to improve the production activities of LLC “Kitservice”. It is revealed that a large number of excess stocks, unnecessary logistics operations, as well as equipment downtime occurs due to overproduction of products. All this suggests that there are large reserves in the production system of the enterprise to increase profitability indicators.
