The article presents the factors negatively affecting the marketing activities of LLC "Telets". The most important activity is the creation of a marketing function. Therefore, we propose to introduce a marketing department in an enterprise of 4 people. For a meat processing plant, a PR manager is important, since in the last decade corporate communications have been recognized as one of the most valuable strategic tools. PR play a fundamental role in a holistic business system
