The article reveals the need to take into account the environmental factor in the construction industry of the Penza region. Approaches to the essence of the marketing strategy are considered. The main directions and measures to improve the marketing strategy for the development of LLC EcoStroy Technology are determined. An algorithm for improving the marketing strategy based on the environmental factor has been developed. Recommendations are given on the accounting of the environmental factor in the activities of the construction company.
