Improving the mechanism of internationalization in the field of education to increase the effectiveness of the modern personnel training system in Russia

In the modern world, the active development of science and education is the most important task in order to create favorable conditions for the development of human potential, which is a key source of sustainable economic growth in any country. In turn, the most important link in ensuring quality improvement and improvement of these areas is the development of international relations, which are a key element in providing the national economy with personnel that meet the modern needs of the labor market. The study is devoted to assessing the problems and risks of implementing this strategy in modern Russia, as well as identifying opportunities to overcome possible threats. Among the main problems in the study are the high cost of implementation and participation in these programs, the aggravation of the risk of outflow of highly qualified Russian specialists abroad, the low level of efficiency from the influx of students from other countries and other problems. In order to resolve the problems that have arisen, the author justified the need to present more specific requirements to foreign students and establish a mechanism for recognizing foreign diplomas, adapting study programs and assessment systems in different countries. In conclusion, the main directions of diversification of international relations in the field of science and education were also formulated, contributing to overcoming barriers to the development of external relations in these areas.
