Improvement of the realization mechanism of the electoral right on the democratic base: comparative analysis of the voting models in the countries of Europe and Asia

The article deals with theoretic analysis of the electoral system types. For this purpose, the author sets following tasks: to carry out a theoretic analysis of the voting systems and electoral rights, and to clarify what voting system types exist and describe them. The article makes propositions on selection of the optimum voting system for the elections to the representative government bodies in the Russian Federation basing upon the comparative analysis of the voting models in the various countries of Europe and Asia. The subject matter under consideration is of the many-sided nature.
