The article considers the improvement of mechanisms for the development of entrepreneurship in tourism. It is established that the model of public administration is replenished with such an active element of productive forces as tourism entrepreneurship, which provides income based on the realization of special entrepreneurial abilities of a person and manifests itself in a total set of service factors, but at the early stages of the formation of market relations requires the introduction of a mechanism for the development of the organizational environment. At the same time, the mechanism of development of tourist entrepreneurship depends on the scale of activity of a particular tourist enterprise. Being a set of external and internal regulators combined into an organizational and economic system, the specific mechanism of its development affects a large, medium or small tourist enterprise and acts as a functionally supporting entrepreneurial element. It is proved that the choice of a mechanism for the development of tourism entrepreneurship depends on the scale of service activities, in which a set of external and internal regulators of relations converge on the basis of a single organizational and economic system, ensuring the reproduction of entrepreneurship through the mobilization of organizational, managerial and information resources for optimal use of the service potential of a tourist enterprise. To create an entrepreneurial education from a tourist enterprise, it is necessary to combine the on-farm entrepreneurial principle, the interests of the participants and the powers of the centralized regulatory system.
