To improve the methodological approach to the design of normative and production standards in the use of new technology in the forestry complex

In article the scientific and methodical approach to improvement of methods of design of new production norms with introduction of scientific and technical progress is developed, applying a combination of standard-analytical and settlement-empirical methods and other information sources, it is offered to enter into structure of production norms on all types of logging and forestry production the norms of expenses of work necessary for formation of estimated norms in branch. In article it is noted that for the purpose of design of estimated norms in forest sector it is necessary to specify all factors: soil and soil conditions, technology of works, technical parameters of aggregate cars, length of drags (distance between them), age and height of undergrowth, ways of reforestation, volume of a tree (whip), seasonality of performance of works, average stock of wood on unit of the area, distance of skidding, the expense of material and technical resources, duration of change, standards for calculation of development. The article proves the need to improve the adjustment of the conceptual apparatus and the content of norms for logging and forestry work, preparatory and auxiliary work, felling forest care contrary to the rules of their design in accordance with the requirements of technical regulation of labor.
