Improvement of the method of analysis of the efficiency of work of the enterprises of the housing sector in the conditions of its reform

Аnnotation: This article conducted a study and identified the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methodology for analyzing the efficiency of the housing and communal services enterprise; effectiveness analysis techniques presented in the literature, based on resource and effective approaches, the possibility of their use for the enterprise housing and communal services, identified ways to improve the methodology using an integrated approach.
