Improving the methodology for selecting investment projects

The article analyzes individual existing methods for selecting investment projects, reveals their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the analysis, an author's methodology for selecting investment projects is proposed, which is aimed at taking into account the various characteristics of projects, which makes it possible to identify the most effective projects by ranking them based on quantitative and qualitative assessment.
