Improvement of methods of administrative and legal regulation of jurisdictional activity of federal executive authorities in the tax sphere of the consumer market

In article the main groups of law-enforcement acts in the sphere of jurisdictional activity of law-enforcement bodies are considered. Mechanisms of pronouncement of law-enforcement acts at implementation of control and supervising actions for identification of various offenses in the sphere of the consumer market are analysed. It is revealed that for law enforcement in jurisdictional and also control and supervising activity of law-enforcement bodies it is expedient to supplement the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences with the application where it is necessary to provide standard forms of procedural documents which are formed during implementation of production on cases of administrative offenses.
