In article the main problems of functioning of a system of ensuring economic security at the present stage are considered. Are analyzed a terminology database of legal regulation of economic security. It is revealed that work on improvement of the legislation of a dozen to be directed to creation of an effective, effective legal basis all the systems of ensuring national security of the country as starting point of sustainable and effective development of natsionany economy.
