Improving the assessment of the economic efficiency of a medical organization

The study presents a comparative analysis of the indicators of the economic efficiency of the medical organization. Traditionally, a whole set of indicators is offered. However, practice shows that the indicators may contradict each other. With the improvement of some indicators, other indicators may show a decrease, deterioration. The use of a number of indicators does not give the process administrator an understanding of how his actions and decisions affect economic efficiency. The study suggests choosing three indicators on the basis of which to carry out diagnostics. The selected diagnostic indicators should provide the maximum picture for the decision-maker and reflect the degree of achievement of the goal in the implementation of projects and activities.
