Improvement of risk assessment in investment crediting

The article examines ways to improve the assessment of risks arising from investment lending to enterprises in the real sector of the economy. The risk of investment credit is presented as a specific economic activity aimed at overcoming uncertainty in financial results. The main risks during the implementation of investment projects were identified. Also, key factors in assessing the risks of investment projects are identified and approaches to their management are developed.
