Improvement of remuneration in enterprises to stimulate staff

This article analyzes the improvement of the remuneration system. The paper considers the size and formation of profits of enterprises and staff income, depending on the improvement of wages, measures to stimulate employees of the enterprise. In this regard, salary issues are the most important for both employers and employees. Based on the data obtained, recommendations are formulated to improve wages in enterprises in order to increase efficiency.
