Improving the organization of forest maintenance and use

The article examines the issues of assessing the potential effectiveness of the implementation in practice of the right to permanent (unlimited) use of forest land, the right to lease forest plots, and the purchase and sale of forest plantations for logging as legal forms of organization and protection, protection, use and reproduction of forests. There are proposals for their improvement, including taking into account the introduction of amendments to the Forest Code of the Russian Federation.
