This article is an example of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Management in the Republic of Crimea (hereinafter - the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Republic of Crimea) and the Federal State Institution «Center for State Inspection of Small Ships of the Ministry of the Russian Federation on civil defense, emergency situations and natural disaster response in the Republic of Crimea «(hereinafter - PKU» Center GIMS EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Crimea «), the process of creating an effective mechanism for improving the quality of public services provided is being investigated, as part of the modern process of socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea, which results in an increase in the well-being of the region’s population. In modern conditions, the key goal of the development of public services should be the creation of an effective, efficient and scientifically-based organizational and economic mechanism for the provision of public services, including the creation of an innovative type of public service based on technical and technological restructuring, improving the level of training for public services, following approved regulatory framework for public services, the effectiveness of the use of public property, calculation of the cost of public services, the financing of public services.
