Improvement of the order of the conclusion, cancellation of the office contract of the civil officer

Using econometric techniques in the present work, we examined various aspects of activity of public institutions of the Volgograd region are analysed, results of their activity are defined. A number of the problems existing now in the sphere of the public and municipal service is revealed and also strategic objectives of development of this sphere are considered. The mechanisms of regional policy directed to improvement of procedures of the conclusion and cancellation of office contracts are analysed. The conclusion is drawn that in modern conditions for achievement of the greatest efficiency of the conclusion and cancellation of office contracts formation of effective mechanisms of interaction of public authorities and local self-government is necessary.
