Improving the flow processes of an oil and gas company

The article substantiates the importance of the implementation of logistics in the management of flow processes in an oil and gas company. The basic principles of logistics and its correlation with the management of the organization as a whole are indicated. A functional scheme for managing the flow processes of an industrial enterprise, taking into account logistics, is presented. The main directions of increasing the efficiency of the company’s activities based on logistics are substantiated, such as the transition from stationary to dynamic addressable storage; the use of automated systems for completing facilities with material and technical resources, optimizing the movement schedule of repair crews, and managing transport and technological services. It is proposed to prioritize payments and promptly generate applications for financing. When developing measures, the specifics of the functioning of the industry facility in question were taken into account. The essence of each of the presented recommendations is described and the expediency of their implementation is justified.
