It examines the evolution of the paradigm from a traditional, standardsoriented system of physical training to a personalized, professionally-applied model integrated into the general context of service-professional activities. Key areas of modernization are analyzed in detail: the implementation of differentiated and individual approaches based on objective monitoring of physiological status; the use of digital technologies, including virtual and augmented reality, as well as methods of biomechanical analysis; the strengthening of interdisciplinary connections through comprehensive integrated tasks; the development of psychophysiological resilience using mental selfregulation techniques. Particular attention is paid to the restructuring of the content of curricula towards the development of strength endurance, anaerobic capacity, and special endurance using high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and cross-modal methods. The conclusion is made about the formation of an integrated system aimed at training employees capable of acting effectively in the extreme conditions of modern operational and service activities.
