The upgrading of foreign language teaching at secondary schools of the Primorsky region in the 1950-1970's

The goal of this work is to show the changes that took place in the methods of foreign language learning in the post-war period and the role that the Teaching Upgrading Institute of the Primorsky region played in improvement of teaching quality via the system of professional training of foreign language teachers.
