Improving operational cooperation of the supplier and the consumer

Hereby we present the procedure, regulating interaction between the supplier of automotive components and the consumer, which is the incomplete vehicle manufacturer when the last one discovers discrepancy of the delivered production. We determine the structure and contents of documents, arranged by the sides with the object of mutual information exchange. We also give the suggestions on the further development of the procedure, including those, aimed at the elaboration of the corresponding information system.
