Improving the process of physical training of cadets and students of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs through innovative technologies in the system of physical culture and sports

The article proves that the physical training of cadets constantly needs to be refined, methods improved, etc. In this connection, the paper considers innovative educational technologies in the field of physical training of cadets and students of the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that today a police officer must be ready to take active action in a variety of conflict situations that may be associated with a risk to life. Therefore, the level of physical fitness of the police officer should be at the highest level, both to protect the life and health of citizens, and for their own safety. This can be achieved through the use of innovative technologies in physical training. The scientific article presents promising directions for improving the mastery of these techniques, reflected in scientific research. The features of independent training of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to perform service and applied exercises are considered.
