Improving the Process of Planning Producer Activities

The article explores the problems of planning producer activities as one of the main link of the management system. The institutional, functional, organizational, process, project approaches are considered in forming the management system of the planning process of producer activity in relation to cinematography. The structure of the management system of the planning process of producer activity in relation to cinematography is proposed. An algorithm for optimizing producer activity planning has been developed. The algorithm for optimizing production planning is based on the classical division of planning by elements: results, tools and resources, as well as on the hierarchy of strategies of the «corporate pyramid».
