Improvement of professional and pedagogical competences of institution managers in the additional education system

The article treats the formation of professional and pedagogical competency of institution managers. The author's definition of the concept and model of competence, the structure of professional and pedagogical competences of institution managers are given herein, the basic approaches to the professional development of manager in the system of additional professional education are considered herein.
