Improvement of the vocational training of police officers

The article deals with the vocational training of those employees who have just joined the police service. The author analyzes the foreign experience of police officers' training in some countries. The article describes the experience tested in the Vocational Training Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania on training of middle and senior commanding staff. According to the author, the improving of police officers' vocational training is possible by optimization of the curriculum of the subject "Psychological Training. Psychological Workshop".
