Improving the prevention of increased social discontent in the regions of the Russian Federation

The article presents the results of the development of a system of proposals for limiting the activity of social discontent networks in the regions of the Russian Federation. Under the conditions of increasing global and domestic problems, as well as increasing general uncertainty in the social, economic and political spheres, the study of the activity of social discontent networks acquires strategic importance in the context of improving the basic practices of regional governance. Taking into account the results of a comprehensive study aimed at determining the scale, technologies and features of the management of discontent networks using modern methods and tools of socio-media predictive analytics, the authors propose a set of practical measures aimed at mitigating the negative effects of their activity.
