Improvement of the production cycle for manufacturing parts while ensuring the parameters of the selective assembly of the unit

The problem of production cycle improving of the gas turbine engine unit is considered. The analysis of existing gas turbine engine unit production cycle was carried out and the identification of its main shortcomings are considered. The paper purpose is to develop a new production cycle for release the products with the assembly quality increase in a shorter production time, the use of selective assembly with the repeated cycles exclusion and with use of an electronic database replenished with actual dimensions using a control and measuring machine, which will speed up the process of controlling parts for compliance assembly requirements.
