Improving production systems through innovative technologies

The article examines the impact of innovative technologies on the efficiency of production systems. Based on the analysis of literary sources and the experience of practical implementation of these systems, recommendations for their optimal use are proposed. The key success factors and potential problems in the implementation of innovative technologies in the production system are considered. Modern production systems face the need for continuous improvement in order to increase competitiveness. The article examines the role of innovative technologies, in particular, enterprise asset management systems (EAM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP), in solving this problem. The main functions and capabilities of these systems, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Based on the analysis of practical examples and theoretical research, recommendations are proposed for the selection and implementation of optimal technological solutions for specific manufacturing enterprises, taking into account their specifics and goals. The results of the study can be useful for managers and specialists involved in production management and efficiency improvement.
