The perfection of regional technique of estimation of efficiency of local aithorities activity

In given article the analysis of a regional technique of an estimation of efficiency of activity of local governments is carried out, the basic lacks and directions for perfection are revealed. Necessity of inclusion for structure of subjects kontrolno-schetnye bodies MO and an integrated indicator «level of an information openness of activity ОМСУ» in a technique of an estimation is proved.
