Sectioning and redundancy of 0.4 kV electrical networks reduces the number and duration of interruptions in the power supply to consumers. There are a number of methods and technical means for implementing partitioning and redundancy in these networks. There are methods the of sectioning by installing fuses and circuit breakers in the cut of power lines. Among the automated means of sectioning and redundancy are sectioning points, sectioning points with the function of automatic transfer of a reserve, multi-contact switching systems. However, the use of these tools requires the creation of new devices that have a lower cost compared to them. Such devices are power line partitioning devices, which can also be called network division devices. The previously developed network division devices have a number of disadvantages, including the absence of manual control switching devices in the circuit, which does not allow ensuring the necessary safety when servicing the devices. In addition, some blocks in these devices can be combined into one. The article provides an improved diagram of the network division device and shows possible options for using these devices in 0.4 kV power lines.
