Improvement of management systems of JSC “Russian railways”

The relevance of the topic of the article is connected with the need to improve the enterprise management systems of JSC “Russian Railways”. The author considers the improvement of the state of the enterprise, which can be called pre-crisis. Therefore, the current difficult circumstances force us to look for reserves to increase the efficiency of activities and income primarily in the enterprise management system of JSC “Russian Railways”. A lot of problems are associated, in particular, with the instability of supplier prices, a decrease in effective demand for manufactured products, the available reserve of enterprise productivity, underutilization of equipment, excess personnel, etc. The author considers the possibility of using a process approach, which will allow to exclude individual operations that are not related to creating value for customers. This will ensure the rhythmicity of the company’s activities, eliminate losses in the end-to-end processes of the management of the company of JSC “Russian Railways”.
