Improvement of the state management system in the agrarian sector of Russia under the conditions of contemporary modernization

The article considers the problems of development of a new public administration system in the conditions of contemporary modernization, and introduction of innovative technologies in the agrarian sector. The undertaken research shows that on the current stage of the country’s development it is necessary to revise the functions and the nature of the state management of the economy, since to update the economy and to resolve the problem of national competitiveness in terms of globalization is possible only on the basis of complex improvement of the state administration mechanism.
