In work the method of ecological monitoring of water objects on the basis of modern information technologies allowing to perform forecasting of the processes proceeding in springs and to estimate degree of anthropogenous loading is provided. Models of water flows movement of springs, filterings an atmospheric precipitation (snow, rain) and penetrations of pollution, processes of pollution of spring systems and algorithms of forecasting of their condition based on results of ecological monitoring are created.
