Controlling system improvement in entrepreneurial structures under digitalization

The article deals with method of an automated control system implementation intoproduction system of the enterprise in the digital processing. The tasks of controllingin the modern conditions of Industry 4.0 are analyzed, the main components of theautomated management information system of controlling are considered. The givenstages of the Industry 4.0 development are used as guidelines in the algorithm basedon the functional-cost analysis. Functional models in accordance with the stagesof the functional-cost analysis of the automated management information systemoptions allow you to choose the appropriate version of the controlling system. Thepaper estimates economic effect of the introduction of the automated managementinformation system of controlling.
