For providing of competitive edges of commercial bank the construction of model of competitiveness is expedient. This model will be totality of the programs of different directions of bank activity, beginning from optimization of classic services to development of fundamentally new unconventional products and services. The increase of competitiveness of modern bank is impossible without development of bank management and marketing that changes the vector of relations between a bank and his clients toward strengthening of role last. Introduction of the indicated directions will allow not only considerably to strengthen the competitiveness of the separately taken bank but also to realize general state.
