Improving the motivation system of the company's personnel

The article is devoted to the most urgent problem of the system of motivation and stimulation of employees, since in modern conditions something changes regularly. Basic information about the motivation of the organization's staff is presented. The article discusses the problems of improving the staff motivation system and the most frequently used material and non-material methods used in motivational activities.
