Improvement of the motivation system in the sanatorium "Izhminvody"

The article is devoted to the improvement of the motivation system to work. The purpose of the article is to suggest motivating factors that should improve the effectiveness of human resources management. Based on the analysis of the results of the study, it was found that the following incentive methods can influence the increase of labor motivation: materially monetary (the introduction of a bonus system for continuous work experience, as well as a system of depreciation) and material non-monetary (provision of preferential tourist vouchers, free access to sports facilities, and free consultations). This problem has been little studied and requires further research.
