Improvement of the quality ensure system of housing and public services

The article deals with the problem of improving the quality of housing and communal services by reforming the public sector. The structure of citizens' appeals regarding the quality of the provided housing and communal services is analyzed, a study is made of their relationship with the monopolization of the market, and possible directions for improving the management system of the housing and communal services sector are considered. In addition, the possible consequences of the introduction of a single regional operator for the management of housing stock are being studied.
