Improvement of the system of labor protection at industrial enterprises

Safe working conditions at industrial enterprises and their provision require an integrated approach. In this regard, it is important to study such issues as completing the database and stimulating the creation of the conditions under discussion. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the development of decent and safe labor relations, taking into account the possibilities for improving information support, improving the incentive system for improving the labor protection system at social security enterprises. In the process of research, methods of observation, comparative and dynamic analysis, grouping, abstraction and logical generalization were used. The results obtained can be used to enrich the database to improve the level of labor protection in the industry, to encourage employers to labor protection. The provisions on the priorities for the development of decent and safe labor relations in digital industrial production are substantiated. The processes of formation and development of the labor protection system at industrial enterprises in the digital environment are characterized, the priorities for the development of decent and safe labor relations in industrial production in the context of digitalization intensification are substantiated, as well as the possibility of implementing these priorities were identified.
