Improving the cash management of the enterprise as an important direction of restructuring in the context of re-industrialization

During the formation of the domestic economy to an innovative path of development, there is a need of adjusting resource flows, taking into account the newly arising goals of enterprise. The paper investigates the variant of financial structure of enterprises as micro-level units of the national economy responsible for allocation of financial resources. Also suggested that the optimal financial structure of the enterprise with rational distribution of responsibilities directly in the financial Department.
